ONBOARDING
After the call, if you are happy to move forward we will send you a link to set up your ongoing weekly payments.
You will then receive a Service Provider Agreement and a Welcome email with all of the details on how to get started. We will match you with your VA and add you to a group chat with our Team.
THE QUESTIONNAIRE
Once you have been onboarded you will receive a Questionnaire. The purpose of this is so that we can gather as much information about you and your business so that our team can support you to the best of our abilities.
COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT
All communications with your VA will be through our Group Chat so that our Management Team can be across all of the tasks and projects your VA is supporting you with.
Our Management Team will check in with you regularly for updates and to make sure everything is running smoothly.
A question we get asked a lot is “What is a Virtual Assistant?” A Virtual Assistant or Outsourced Worker is typically someone who works from their own office using the latest technology to work remotely to complete assigned tasks. Because virtual assistants are independent contractors rather than employees, clients are not responsible for any employee-related taxes, insurance or benefits, except in the context that those indirect expenses are included in the VA’s fees. Clients also avoid the logistical problem of providing extra office space, equipment or supplies.
Yes we can provide part time employees. Our Standard Package hours are 3, 5 or 10 hours per week however we are able to customise a package to your needs. As you work with our VA's you may find extra tasks to delegate and we can increase hours accordingly.
Yes. To allow yourself and our VA to settle in to things, we require a minimum 3 month term to start with. If you wish to end your contract anytime after that a minimum of 20 business days notice is required.
Once the paperwork is completed, we aim to have a VA in your business within one to two weeks.
The Freedom Lifestyle Agency utilises a program called Team Logger to monitor the work our VA's are doing for each of our clients. The program logs time and task tracking and screen shot records the work they are doing throughout their session.
We use Stripe for collecting payments from our clients. Clients are billed in advance weekly. Where payment is unable to be collected prior to the commencement of the week, services will be suspended.
